SPEAKER GUIDELINES
PPT Presentation Due: Thursday 5 November 2026
Submitting Your Presentation:
Please clearly label your presentation with your DAY_SESSION_PRESENTER NAME
Please submit your PPT Presentation via Dropbox link below by Thursday 5 November 2026. One Vision is our AV technical partners. Presenters
who choose not to send their PPT by this date are responsible for bringing your presentation on a USB to the conference. Please bring a copy of your presentation on a UBS as a back-up.
Audio Recording
Presenters will be audio recorded and your PowerPoint presentation matched. The final product will used as an educational resource by
the Society following the event.
If you have any concerns with the audio recording of your presentation, please contact Catherine ASAP.
Audio Visual
Speakers Preparation: On arrival or in the catering break before your presentation, please present to the Speaker Prep Desk, near the registration desk, for the AV Technician to test your slides and pre-load your presentation.
Basic audio visual will be provided as follows:
- Stage with steps
- Data projector and screen (16:9 ratio)
- Lectern and microphone. (lapel and handheld mics also available)
- Wireless clicker for advancing PowerPoint slides (with laser pointer)
- Floor mounted fold-back monitor to see yourpresentation with direct connection into the AV system
There will be an audio-visual technician in the room to assist with any unexpected technical concerns.
Presentations and Powerpoints
Please refer to the conference program here for the duration of your presentation.
Videos in your PPT slides can be embedded in your slide or inputted as external links.
To assist with preparing your presentation, we have provided an optional conference PowerPoint template. Please feel free to use this template if you wish. Alternatively, you are welcome to present using your organisation's PowerPoint template or your own preferred slide design. There is
no requirement to use the conference template.
Q & A: At the conclusion of your session, the session speakers will be invited to participate in audience Q&A, facilitated by the session chairs. Handheld microphones will be provided on stage, with two roving microphones available in the audience.
